Here's one that I'm working on today....With all the talk about doing screen printed transfers/trucker hats, well here's how we do them....

Screen printed these 3 color transfers, then used our hat press to apply. Looks really rad in person

That's a nice tall transfer, looks great man.  What size is your heat platen?  Our hotronix struggles with stuff outside of about 2x4, not sure if it's the platen size or the convex shape or what.

Nothing special except for the fact it's over 10k pieces! Back print as well.

Took Tony's advice and bought chino base, the inks are heavily based to make a really soft print and almost transparent exactly how the client wanted it. Best thing is this job is not even started yet and they have placed another order for another program. Aiming for four ten hour days to print this beaut reality probably puts us at five days. Just the 160 some odd boxes is a job in itself.

Thanks guys, this transfer is actually pretty small compared to what we normally do. We have two hotronix that are electric magnet release style.... The biggest platen we have for it allows us to print a transfer 6.5" wide by 4.25" tall..... The platen itself is about 5x7

If needed I can get you the model number so you know for sure.

Ah, our upper (hot element) is about 4x9, lower 3.5x7.

Simulated embroidered patch.

White UB
Gold puff
Green puff
Red puff
Black
Brown puff

On an 8 color Sporty with flashing between every color.  :o

And the different colors needed different flash times, so there was quite a bit of trotting about the press on each round.

On fleece hoodies too.
