Here's a job we are printing today for a high school basketball team. Pretty straight forward 5 color print on this one all on 272n mesh........ Will post a some more end of week or early next week as we have some more sim process to knock out.....

Danny,

Are you double stroking or single stroking your sim process jobs?  And that's 272 for all screens?  Nice work, as usual.

Thanks guys much appreciated...correct all screens were 272 and double stroke the base white then single stroke top colors after that.

I need to test some Newman 272.  Although I have reservations about the actual specs of the roller mesh I can see that Danny gets great results with it and that's what matters most.

I think it was either the 272n or 225n or...shoot I can't remember, but one of the two-something roller meshes was a real performer when we ran that mesh.

I've started just in the last few months using 280 (regular mesh statics) for plastisol on top of discharge underbase with a triple durometer squeegee on my manual.  I have been getting some really awesome results.  I bet with an auto you can really do some amazing stuff.
