90 I believe. I want to say that 5500k/100cri is the unattainable ideal so it's get as close as you can without breaking the bank.

It's really much more complicated I'm sure, but had been a good approach for us.

Neutral white paint helps big time.

i go for the color temp that makes the two color look identical on the back page of the pantone book.. ;)

I think the bulb I have are around 85 or so.  they are 5000k
