Today we hit a milestone!
These numbers are off our M&R Diamondback. We have the 1st 8 color 10 station to come off the factory floor!

Congrats Sam!

Hitting a million on the press is awesome. I felt very proud as do you when we did it recently. Congrats, now it's time to put a million more on them.
-
Very Cool.
What year was it installed?
-
I thought you hit that awhile back? congrats though

of-course!! I saw a couple years back that house was for sale.
-
Had that machine not been an M&R, he would have clocked a million long time ago. Gotta love Revolver for those runs that need more than one revolution ;) ;D
-
oh and by the way we have only replaced one cylinder and we think that was operator error not a machine failure. that says a lot right there for M&R

Ferris Buler, what a great movie ;D

No issues says a lot for an "initial" design of a machine.
Congrats!!

Congrats Sam! Two of our M&Rs have over 20 million. Not sure exactly because they have old school counters that weren't designed to go that high! All work just as well as they did 17 ys ago.

Nice going! Whats that saying? "If I only had a dollar for every-" Kinda a neat way to think about it. But who am I kidding, $1 per print!? We are screen printers and work for $.01 per print! ;)
Pretty sweet though! Did you guys stop the press and celebrate or just keep it running?
Didn't Impressions Mag used to print total impressions per year for high volume shops? I remember seeing 2 or 3 lists, but now that this was brought up I can't think of the last time I saw one.

we all high five'd each other took a few pics then back at it. hell we are working sat and sun this week just to maintain! guess there are worse problems to have.

I sold out first auo, a Gauntlet, to a friend about 8 years ago. It's recently become of drinking age. Still running and making them money every day.
-
time to buy another press Sam ;D
-
Nice Sam, now empty your change purse and get that second one....

There used to be a list of customers stating how many units they had printed but not by machine. I personally saw a Gauntlet RS eight color in Hondura's with 43,000,000 on it and the damn press was running fine @ 900 pieces per hour.

Ya, but don't they count by two's in Honduras?... So that is ONLY like 21,500,000 ;D
