What's this called? Just had a customer ask for it. Tried it with foam and it worked okay...just not great?

A too big azz picture for one I think your asking about puff foam if that is embroidery or high density ink

It's hard to tell because the pic is blurry but I think what you're looking for is a high density print?

One of the ways to achieve this is by creating a thicker stencil by layering your emulsion on the screen. Let the first 2 coats dry then add more passes of emulsion. Repeat until you get a good thick layer of emulsion, and increase your exposure time accordingly

You can also look into high density base or puff additive

Done at wholesalers as in richardson, raised embroidery puff, but that is special in the filled areas.
Talk to somebody like that and ask them.

Sorry. Here is a smaller picture. Was tryin to post before I jumped on a plane. Its not regular puff embroidery..it seems like its a cardboard of some sort in there. It's pretty stiff. Its got a whole bunch of fill stitches in the large area, then satin stitches around the edges. I can't figure out how its done....

I saw that the area is raise not puff. Call some one like richardson or otto cap in the embroidery dept and ask them what it is.

Lucky they might have use some very stiff foam or coroplast, I'm sure you can sew through coroplast who knows
