we've always trained up, but likely losing our lead printer with 4 years of trained up experience will involve a tough catch-up period. if we could hire correctly out of the gate, that would be something we'd really like to look into.
we're looking for experience running an auto. skills from medium to high and willing to learn more.
1 auto. RPM 8/10 with one flash.
1 manual shop. Rototex.
solid equipment. full time employment, year round. We print mostly basic things but are working on improving and offering more at all times.
relocation assistance is not out of the question for the right candidate.
