Florida Screen Printing Sales Representative Position
The Florida Sales Representative is responsible to grow sales and build distributor relationships. This position will be the front-line contact between the company and the customer. This position reports to the President. Territory includes all of Florida so candidate must be able to easily navigate throughout the state. Candidate must also have screen printing production experience.
Essential Functions:
• Make daily customer visits. Follow-up on customer quotations. Perform basic relationship building on a daily basis.
• Provide technical training or technical information to distributor sales staff.
• Provide feedback reports to the President regarding customer contacts. Collect as much information regarding the sales process from distributors in the territory.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry gatherings.
Required Knowledge:
• Communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Fundamental technical knowledge of screen printing industry. Prefer production experience with emulsions, waterbase inks, discharge inks, fabric, film and chemical screen cleaners.
Required Abilities:
• Build strong relationships with customers; understanding their screen printing needs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both written and oral methods such as email, phone calls, trade shows, etc.
• Make consistently good scheduling decisions about visiting customers throughout the territory. Make efficient use of time and resources.
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking a plus
Required Experience and Training:
• Two years of sales or customer service experience in the screen printing industry.
• Valid driver’s license
