Printing HD with regular plastisol

I have a job to print with white HD, screens ready but none of my suppliers have HD ink.
(In Israel it takes about 3 months if they run out, they have to ship it from the USA)
Is there any way I can get a HD effect using regular Plastisol?
Maybe some additive, puff, clear base?

Might be spelling it wrong bu Cavosil

Cabosil i.e. fumed silica or powder thicker.... Will do wonders for creating a thicker/shorter bodied ink.

It works even better if you have a short bodied ink to begin with.

Depending on the amount of blowing agent in the ink you are currently using, I might add 2%-5% puff to help with a little bit of loft.

If you do go with the puff option i would flash(dont over flash) then print another white screen over the puff.Then cure, I think you will like the result

In case some aren't familiar though Colin did describe it
Cabosil is the trade name for Fumed Silica, a 'universal thickener'.
It is an extremely fine white powdery substance (under some lighting and film stocks, it can show with a slight blue tint).
It can be used to thicken Resins, Adhesives, Silicones, and basically any other liquid substance.

Or breath in any of the powder once it gets in the air, which will happen no matter what you do.

Think of it as a desiccant - it will make water dry

So, if you get any in your nose/mouth/mucous membranes - they WILL DRY OUT.

When I stir some into a quart container - I will always walk backwards - away from the tiny cloud that poofs out while mixing.

Funny situation, try thickener ,1%-3% depending on how solid you want it.Use screens with a 200 microns film or higher.Good Luck!!
