A font, and perhaps a number style as well

These are both mysteries to me.
The number is unusual in that the center is symmetrical 8 sides, while the ones I have have either a similar shape with the upper left corner squared off, or a rectangle.
Fortunately, I think that I may have some slack on the number.

aero regular italic at dafont   https://www.dafont.com/aero2.font?text=SWAT

and the number look like collegiate regular   not sure where to find,  i just have it  :)

below you can see what little FMF had to go with to find it.  the glare on the letters were a little challenging
