Yes, with a properly tensioned screen and the correct stencil, Triangle Phoenix White is a great one hit white.

My past recollections says Triangle Phoenix White has some puff additive included.  Works okay for the single color but not real well as an underbase.  Not sure if it's still formulated the same.  Do you know?
