I have a National Dryer that is 30+yrs old. We are having problems with the Blend Tees (Tri- Blends) Dyes bleeding through the White Ink. We are using EL9073 NPT SF LB White 110 mesh. We have replaced the Thermocouple thinking that may help. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I would first verify that you are indeed getting over temp. A non-contact on exit or one of the specialized donut probes.
My guess would be that the dryer is fine, and that you're just victim to lesser quality materials being used these days.
