Stirring Plastisol before printing

We work in a fairly hot climate so we usually print plastisol straight from the bucket. I was at FESPA and Anatol had units for mixing inks in the bucket.
Do you stir before printing?
Whats's the advantage of stirring before use?

I mainly stir the white ink. It partially warms the ink and makes it much easier to deal with. We use One Stroke Hybrid LC pro white which is much easier already but stirring makes the ink that much better.

Stirring the ink breaks down the viscosity and makes it more printable, Not always necessary for most colors and conditions but almost always great for the white UB
