we looked into it and had a meeting with a rep. Seemed promising, but the added processing fees on top of regular processing fees turned us off.
Also that we couldn't use shipstation and had to use their shipping partner (who is owned by Auctane, the same company that owns shipstation) so starting fresh with a different shipping platform didnt make sense
We also were not interested in them handling everything which is their big selling point. We want a platform we can embed on existing sites or site that we create and has a good backend for ordering.
That was our thoughts last year. Not sure if any thing has changed except the price going up
