AI in daily tasks
« on: Today at 12:47:59 PM »
Are many of you using AI in your daily tasks?  We have been shifting to it more and more. Claude can accurately write up quotes from a lot of our customers. I use it to typeset our embroidery names for embroidery.

It is amazing what it can learn and do with minimal input.

Just wondering how you guys are using it to cut out the mundane or simple tasks so you can focus on more important things.

yup... Packing list / bag labels from Order My Gear are horrendous. I upload the pdf, tell it what info I want to keep and bamn. new legible packing labels. It's a saved action in my chat so it already knows what I want it to do. Among MANY other small daily tasks. It's absolutely amazing and terrifying at the same time...
...keep doing what you're doing, you'll only get what you've got...

It's scary, but given what our generation has already seen with information, it's the next logical step.  I remember having to crack open the ol' 1974 Encyclopedia Britannica to research schoolwork and pray that nothing important happened between '74 and '94.

We grew up on microfiche in the library, now we just google it while on the crapper.
