Font question

Can anyone tell me why there are fonts on our computers that when you pull them up they are square boxes etc, instead of a useable font, or is there something I need to do to get this font, one such font on my computer is Raavi and its nothing but box outlines.

Hi Darryl, since I'm a Mac guy and you're using a PC, my only suggestion would be to uninstall the "Raavi" that you have now, and then download a new copy and install that. Good luck...
