I have a customer that is selling shirts for relay for life and she asked me if i could supply here with a sales sheet that she could hand out to sell the shirts.  anyone have anything like this or do i have to make up something on excell?   and if the later what info should i include.   thanks

Sounds like she will also expect you to tally the totals. At any rate, when this is asked of me, I show them, or give a copy of my invoices to show the format I use when ordering. They can then tailor it to their own needs and add their own graphics if desired.

By having their orders similarly laid out to mine, it makes it easier for both of us to see the totals and plug them into my invoice.
Nothing is worse than, rather than just giving me the bottom line, and telling my how many smalls, mediums, etc, they come in with a list that tells each person's size and quantity.

Wait, I take that back. Worse is when they sit there and make phone calls asking sizes!

In case I have completely confused you or not answered your question, no, I've never made a client a sales sheet per se, but I have suggested a template for them to use for them and, more importantly for me, list their totals.

  Every time our sales people have tried it, it is a disaster. Get a total of what they
want unless they are paying you good money to do their job which is all that it really is.
If someting is wrong then you are the goat. If they put it in writing then they cannot
blame you.

I will usually supply an order form with their graphic on it, basically a mockup with sizes, qty etc but I tell them I don't want them back. I just want the totals, they need to add it up.

yeah i will make sure they add it all up.  i just wanted to help them out with something to make it easier for them to sell

If you can wait till tonight I can send you my template, I built it in corel draw. I have made copies and had custy hand out and accept money then return them with the cash.

We do this for some (friends) groups--if we know they'll do the numbers, we have no problems charging a near-retail piece price and doing some footwork on a short run.
