MSP3140 fitting through doorway

Hello all.  I know that some of you have the MSP 3140 exposure unit, has anyone taken them apart to get them through a standard doorway.  I have the opportunity to get a nice one but my exposure room has a 36" doorway.  Don't want to get it here and find I can't get it through the door.  It is the newer style unit.  Thanks in advance.

M&R sent me a PDF just for the task, it was not to hard and instructions quite clear, but I cant find it myself, I bet tho M&R would gladly supply it if you ask the parts dept.

Base 40". With control panel closer to 46".

If your door to your exposure room is like most interior doors you might want to take all the jabs and door off, that will give about 3 to 4 more inches to work with.

I moved mine a few times from room to room. It's pretty simple. I normally snap a pic of the wiring to make sure i have a reference when reassembling....

Even the old style come apart and fit... Thanks to Israel for help with mine.

Make sure the glass is level before locking down the glass!

Just an update for anyone looking, this was pretty easy, takes an hour or so give or take but it went without a hitch.

Yeah, this is great info to have before you cut an interior wall open ;)

on the other hand, I figured it was faster to do that than to tear apart 2 units and reassemble them.  Not fun.
