Poly shirts ink question

I'm looking to quote/print an order of 100 poly shirts. I still did not find out which color shirts they are looking at, so I wanted to check the ink options.

I still have some Silicone ink that I could use (White) for darker color shirts.
Can I use black plastisol for lighter colored shirts or I would need to go with black poly ink?
Or, is there an additive that I could use with in-house plastisol?

Is the silicone ink on the market yet? Do they have other colors for sale?

Regular plastisol is fine when bleeding is not going to be an issue.

I think WHite silicone ink is available, you'll have to check with Nazdar.

black does not have to be poly as even if the garment bleeds you will not be able to see it.

Remember that another feature of the silicone ink is built-in stretch.
If your poly shirts also have Lycra or Spandex (or Under Armor's Elastizine or whatever), make sure to include that in the standard plastisol.

Just last week someone brought in an Under Armor Elastizine example that did not have it and the cracking of the apparently conventional poly or low bleed ink was very evident.

wilflex performance white straight out the bucket is the ticket!

I've been really liking the ICC low cure inks for 50/50.

Smooth and creamy out of the bucket, and cures at 275! I typically cure at 305, 20 belt speed.

Rutland 100% Poly White. Doing 6,000 pieces tomorrow. Prints like butter, smooth finish. As with any poly products watch flash time (if any), temp, and belt speed. Once you know your abilities you will be fine. And of course your mesh selection and emulsion. And a lot of others things but you get the picture!

x2 for silicone ink and also we used wilflex epic performance white on some nasty red poly to try it and it looks perfect after 5-10 washes and dried on hot in the drier.
